My Yoga Classes

My Hatha Yoga classes are small, friendly with the emphasis on breathing awareness (pranayama), deep stretching of poses (asanas) and relaxation. The first 15/20 minutes are spent limbering and leading to more strenuous asana. Each class typically includes forward bends, backward bends, side stretching, spinal twists, a balance and an inversion. The last 10 minutes are spent in deep relaxation to re-balance and bring about a deep feeling of well-being and calmness.
My classes are suitable for complete beginners and for those wishing to improve their Yoga.

I burn essential oils during classes with soft music in the background.
